Abstract
When it comes to life-Establishing tasks, a woman is a man's best Companion. Her position is no less vital than a man's, but society necessitates her presence in order for her to be a productive participant in a variety of fields of employment, including medicine, nursing, and education, as well as in other generally suitable work positions. This Article covers women's employment and the significance of outdoor Jobs in their lives from Islamic point of view. Women's status in ancient cultures and Conventional Laws before the emergence of Islam is also examined, and the fact found that Islam has a radically different perspective on women's Job responsibilities as she was allowed and awarded the freedom to choose a profession that matched her nature and abilities, while she has complied with particular regulations that could beautifully safeguard her Modesty and the esteem of her family. The study also offers a counter-argument to those who say that women should be permitted to work without limits or limitations, as well as those who feel that women should be required to stay at home in any case ignoring the circumstances.
