Abstract

The Islam which is a true and natural religion has never refused to acknowledge the rights of women. Women, who during the dark ages of human history were the target of tyranny and oppression, with the advent of Islam, started getting their due rights. In the early days of Islam, men as well as women had special opportunities to spread the religion of Islam, which these valued daughters of Islam took advantage of. These great daughters of Islam not only adhered to the teachings of Islam with this perfect conviction, but also, they began to play their full role in the propagation of Islam and in its dissemination so that this good deed of theirs may  be of high rank in the sight of Allah. Therefore, their deeds became so popular with Allah that where  the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is mentioned in the scriptures and speeches, these reverent ladies   are also mentioned.  In the sight of Allah, there are equal degrees of honor and dignity for men and women, just as there are all avenues for spiritual progress and attainment of high degrees for men, in the same way women have all these honors and bounties. It is now up to the continuous effort and action to decide where the action stops and what success and height it leads to.
