Abstract

In this paper theft liable to Had-e-Saraq’ah-retribution for theft- has been discussed in detail in the light of “Awjazul Masalik”. This paper also discusses opinions of different schools of thoughts regarding different type of theft and Had-e-Saraqah according to shariah. It has also been made clear that how many kinds of theft liable to “Had”, within the terms and condition. The article further discussed some kinds of theft where retribution of theft is not applicable. While mentioning the limit of theft required for imposition of Had-e-Saraqah.
