Abstract

Allama Ghulam Rasool Saeedi is a contemporary adult looking Islamic scholar. He had a deep glance in Quran e Majeed, Hadith, Fiqh and History. He has solved the current issues in his precious books; especially in Tafseer Tibyaan ul Quran, Sharah Saheeh Muslim and Nemat ul Bari Sharah Saheeh Bukhari. He has resolved the issues with rational and implicit argument. In short, in these books he has solved variety of issues according to modern research manner, but in this article there have discussed the issues about family matters only. He has solved hundreds critical problems in a very logical, simple and attractive manner.

       He has solved the current issues like telephonic nikah, divorce by sms or telephone call, obligations and rights of parent ancestors, three time divorce at a time, khula, family planning, the issue of lost person wife, inheritance of orphan grandson in the tarkah of his grandfather in a logical and research based manner. He has not try to make his position as jealousy, nor he claim himself that he is final, but after completing his research he describes his accuracy with big humility. It is his greatness that often he said that if his opinion in this matter is right then it is Allah’s kindness and fault is his own human weakness.
