Abstract

Languages help  us making our journey easy to the threshold of civilization and contain a great trasurehouse of knowledge and literature and a fountainhead of words and meanings. Let us look at one of the languages of the world, which appears entirely different to us from what it was at the outset, and often even the experts of the language fail to understand it. The French, English, Latin, Urdu and Persian etc have taken different shapes with the passage of time in history and culminated in the existing shapes where we find them now. Not a single language in the world has maintained its initial form in the use of words, phrases, grammar and dictation except that the holy Qur’an owing to its powerful expression did not allow the Arabic language to detract from the Brevity, Rhetoric, Deletion, Qur’an, Jurjani original position. Not a single word of the holy Qura’an has been coined archaic and every phrase of its language is still a part of the Arabic language and sets a standard for the Arabic language. This paper presents a detailed account of the miraculous expressions of Ijaz of the Arabic language as evident in the holy Qur’an.
